The Dimedic app provides access to healthcare from the comfort of your own home. Designed with patients in mind, it allows for teleconsultations and online video consultations with doctors. Schedule appointments with just a few clicks! After completing the medical form, you can renew a prescription. Ran out of your medication? Dimedic is here! Our doctors are available 7 days a week, whenever you need them.

New! You can now book a visit with a general practitioner under the National Health Fund (NFZ) for urgent cases.

Stay in control of your health with constant access to your visit history and e-prescriptions. Each patient receives access to the patient portal, where they can find medical recommendations and consultation details.

Book a consultation and discuss your symptoms with a doctor. If your health situation requires it, you’ll receive a prescription for medications and a sick leave certificate. Dimedic offers medical care for you and your family—we also provide consultations for children. Plan healthcare for the whole family.

Do you have diabetes, thyroid issues, or take regular medications (e.g., contraceptives)? You can renew your prescription with Dimedic. Submit an online request. If you're a new patient, wait for a call from a doctor to provide more information. Subsequent prescription renewals can be done without a phone call. The final decision on issuing a prescription is always made by the doctor. The e-prescription code will be sent via SMS.

Dimedic offers care from specialists such as dermatologists, allergists, psychiatrists, or psychologists. The specialist will plan your treatment and provide detailed recommendations.
